Transfer a B2B Order to Open Orders
Solution
If you go to
Reports -> Orders -> Orders Unconfirmed
it will list orders entered on the B2B site.
Click on the order number in the "Order # Click to Confirm" column to confirmed the order and it will appear in NolaPro as a regular order in
Reports -> Orders -> Open Orders
.
You can log into the B2B portal and select Order Status and/or Invoice History to view orders entered on the B2B site.
