The Language Editor add-on will allow you to change the names in most places. This can be found in Tools -> Language Editor. Note that upgrading NolaPro in the future won't undo your wording changes either as they are permanent. Additionally, please be aware we offer a Custom Fields add-on which will allow you to enter in additional descriptive fields in the item section (and elsewhere).
