Solution Please try turning off/disable the SELinux.

This isn't really a requirement of NolaPro, but it is necessary for the Zend Optimizer to run successfully with Apache (NolaPro requires the Zend Optimizer, but ZO has the problem and not the NolaPro system specifically).

If you can run the Zend Optimizer with SELinux, then you won't need to disable it.
