MySQL Bug Produces Error Adding Items

Solution There is a bug in some versions of MySQL that affects the auto_increment value resulting in an error adding items. In order to fix this you will need to upgrade to the latest version of MySQL.

If NolaPro is installed on your hosting company's servers you will need to contact them about upgrading their version of MySQL.

If they have no plans to upgrade there is, unfortunately, no work around for this. You can opt to host with us to fix this problem.
