NolaPro is a multi-user and a multi-company application. Each company can have an unlimited number of users, and rights can be assigned for each user on a per-company basis.
A user account can only be logged into one company at a time. If a person is already logged into an account, and another person logs in, the second person will see a message stating that an active session already exists. If the installation has multiple companies, the second user will have an option to log into a company that doesn't currently have a user logged in under that account.
