Error Message When Activating Add-Ons or Plug-Ins
Solution
You must have an internet connection to complete the activation process.
You may also need to temporarily disable any anti-virus programs/firewalls that could be blocking activation.
If you are still unable to complete the activation process please submit a support ticket and we will assist you.
