If you have more than one credit card processor, and you'd like to be able to see transactions listed with the account they are from, you can go to Reports -> Billing -> Credit Card Transactions and check the box called Account Name in the Columns to Display list. This will show which credit card account was used. You can also filter by a single specific processor by selecting an account under the Credit Card Processor filter.
