Orders Received Report vs. P&L Report

Sales as far as the GL goes, does not happen until the order is invoiced. To do this you can use the Orders --> Invoices function. So, the Orders Received report has no correlation with the P&L Report.

Also, your journals must be posted using the Post Journals Now function before they show in the P&L.
