If I have NolaPro on my laptop, does my laptop have to be on to access the program for others?

If you have NolaPro installed on your computer, it does need to be on in order for others to access the system. The program and database files all reside on the computer on which NolaPro is installed. 

If you use our cloud-hosted option, then the program files and database are in the cloud and so won't depend on any one computer in your operation being on.
